Debbie L Pilgreen - a detail-oriented professional with 12 plus years of customer care and cost management experience with a proven knowledge of workflow planning, records management and process simplifications. The experience resulted in building positive internal and external customer relations in prior business roles as Customer Service Coordinator, Data Administration Assistant and National Account Representative. Debbie is passionate about learning and development leading to a significant loss reduction in archived documentation as Cash Application Supervisor and improved departmental communications, process and procedures. Debbie now crossovers those skills as a licensed Associate Agent with a common thread focused on tailored customer care.

Latenna was born and raised in Atlanta, GA. Latenna holds a B.S. degree from Troy University in Psychology and a M.S. degree from Capella University in Business Leadership. Ruthie Arnold is an Agency Manager for the Harris Insurance Firm. She has been a licensed agent for Nationwide Insurance for over 25 years and has worked in the insurance industry for over 33 years. She genuinely enjoys meeting people and has built a reputation based on knowledge, professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile for each and every client. Ruthie education includes attending schools in Terrell County and Albany High School where she received her diploma. She advanced her education by attending Albany Technical School receiving a Certificate in Clerical.
Ruthie is a devoted wife, proud mother of two adult children and grandmother of three. She enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, group games and time spent with family and friends.
